Social Media, Website, E Commerce & Showroom Coordinator
Entry level in person position at busy design firm and showroom!
-Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
-In charge of developing new website content, assisting in the development of design, and overseeing & managing any third-party developers or in house interns.
-Responsible for ALL areas of website and the necessary branding & maintaining website, including content creation of all copy, all 3rd party affiliate, photos & all website management.
-Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, must have vast knowledge of social media usage and affiliate marketing.
-Responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence and will fully manage the company website.
-In addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content, also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaign as well as creation & posting of a revenue generating blog post on a weekly basis.
-Oversee all photo production for various media, website, lookbooks and any other brand specific needs, responsible for process and procedures of timely photo content management and execution.
-Photo management to include all contact photoshopped, cropped, color corrected as needed in timely fashion, catalogued in accessible and organized platform & images appropriately loaded to website, lookbook, branddeck or any other digitally needed context. Creation and execution of any other supporting graphics and content to support the context.
-Organization of systems to create useful flow of content and managing of the process, including the leadership for any interns or third party.
-Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
-Creating the branding direction for all marketing materials for all entities.
-Planning content & messaging calendar outline for social media, revenue producing content and all branded content
-Creating & managing the to do directives for interns assisting in this area, checking created content prior to posting, and overseeing all related intern tasks to ensure work completion, deadlines met, etc.
-Creation of system for interaction with others for shopify inventory and Bookkeeping needs
-iPad Pro brandbook slideshow creation dedicated for shows and create brand appropriate lifestyle images slide show for other marketing needs.
-Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
-Creating design client presentations and inspiration books.
-Sending finished project photos to media.
-Assist in setting up a monthly rotating showroom, merchandising and displays, online promotion as well as selling items.
