Job Description :

Home Care Agency in Palm Beach County is seeking a Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator. 


Responsibilities Include BUT Not Limited to:


· Promote client satisfaction by scheduling caregiver to match the client’s needs & personality.
· Answer inquiries from clients & prospective clients.
· Ensure all client & caregiver data is entered into the software system.
· Assist in interviewing, hiring & on-boarding new caregivers.
· Maintain effective communications with caregivers to ensure they have the resources to provide good quality care to our clients.
· Participate in regular client follow ups to ensure client satisfaction.
· Share on-call rotation responsibilities.

Required Qualifications :

Requirements:


· Superb customer service & communication skills,
· Ability to perform well under pressure.
· Minimum 1 year of direct experience in home care scheduling.
