RN - (Medicare) Home Health Field Nurse

Position Summary

Medicare Certified Home Health Agency located in West Palm Beach is seeking a Home Health RN, Field Nurse in the Palm Beach and Martin county area, . The position offers a competitive salary with full benefits.and will require candidate to work primarily full-time Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of ... Oasis, Kinnser, Medicare, SOC, ROC, etc. This position will be responsible for New Client Assessments, light Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement, Medication Management, new employee competencies, directing activities of daily living for patients, and any other duties given. Good computer skills will be required along with Oasis, Medicare and familiarity with,Kinnser or similar documentation software is preferred. Experience with picc-lines, hanging IVs, Wound vac and Telehealth are also preferred. A minimum of 2 year (plus) Home Health experience is a requirement. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication, good documentation skills, the ability to follow set procedures and good common sense. Managerial experience is "a Plus".

Requirements

Two + years of Medicare Home Health experience.

Oasis and Kinnser experience.

Experience with picc-lines, hanging IVs, Wound vac and Telehealth are preferred.

Education - BSN, MSN

Years of Experience 2 +
