We have an immediate opportunity for a Direct Hire Full-time Home Health RN, Clinical Manager.for a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency in Boca Raton and /or Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Essential Functions:

Medicare Certified Agency located in the Boca Raton, Florida area seeks a Clinical Manager. This position offers competitive salary with benefits and will require candidate to occasionally work flexible hours. They use Kinnser and work on a point system

• The Clinical Manager manages and oversees all aspects of patient care.


• This position is responsible for ensuring that patient care is both coordinated and delivered appropriately.


• This position requires the supervision of clinical personnel and understanding of Oasis coding.


• The Clinical Manager also assists with development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's quality improvement program and monitors compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements, adjusting clinical programs accordingly.


• Candidates must have home health and managerial background.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a professional RN in a Home Health Agency. Must have at least one year of experience in a supervisory role.


• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


• Clear License in the State of Florida.
