Recruiter / Staffing Specialist - Independent Contractor / Office or Remote

West Palm Beach Staffing company seeks an Independent Contractor for our posted "Recruiter / Staffing Specialist" position in our office or working remotely.

This is an opportunity where you can work remotely as an independent recruiter. Staffing experience is required! Compensation for placements is very rewarding.

This position will report directly to the owner and be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process and the job placement process including; sourcing, then interviewing, presenting qualified candidates to our clients, background screenings, reference checks and other staffing functions. We need a "hunter".

The successful candidate will have an staffing experience, outgoing personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good phone skills, be able to interface with multiple personality types, be a self-starter, great work ethic and be willing to be a leader in our company and the community.
