Recruiter - Home Health

The healthcare Recruiter will be on the phones getting potential candidates into the pipeline, phone screen, in person interviewing , on boarding, setting up the file and doing all the checks. 

Relatable recruiting experience would be a plus but any proven recruitment experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent professional presentation look,  high energy, good written and verbal communication.  This is an in-house position as we do "very little remote" and not for this position. 

The Client can be flexible regarding compensation as it is a broad range based on skill set.  It will range from $19 to $23  and .$22/23 per hour for right person. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO. 6 holidays, 401k eligible. They currently have a modest health benefit  but are working to make it more robust /AFLEC options.
