Receptionist
As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company with a warm and professional demeanor. Your role will encompass greeting guests, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Accounts Payable department as needed to support overall office operations. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warm Welcomes: Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming visitors and customers with a friendly smile.
· Efficient Communication: Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and provide information to callers as needed.
· Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring all customers leave with a positive experience.
· Collaborate and Assist: Offer assistance with Accounts Payable duties, and the Sales Team with Whole Goods Tractor sales, when required. Both would be promoting teamwork and efficiency.
