Job Description :

Real Estate Business Development Coordinators perform marketing services for real estate closing transactions under the direction of one or more attorneys in the office.  A Real Estate Business Development Coordinator’s primary goal is to support our legal team with cultivating and developing relationships with referral sources (real estate agents, loan officers, etc.), maintaining relationships with current referral sources for the Firm, assist the Firm with communicating with all relevant parties to the transaction, conduct closings, and gathering and researching all relevant papers, figures and documents from relevant parties.  




Responsibilities:


 


1.     Cultivate and develop relationships with potential referral sources


2.     Maintain relationships with current referral sources


3.     Collaborate with examination department to resolve title issues


4.     Prepare a business development and marketing plan for cultivating and maintaining         referral source relationships


5.     Assist customers and clients with closing related questions


6.     Manage and develop client relationships to establish trusted and enduring relationships to ensure future real estate closing transactions


7.     Correspond with lenders, builders, real estate agents, and attorneys as needed


8.     Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information


9.     Communicate with Firm personnel to assist the Firm in timely completing its business objectives


10.  Organizing files


11.     Identify pertinent networking events for the Firm to sponsor or attend


12.     Attend pertinent networking events whether during normal business hours, in the evenings, or on weekends and represent the Firm consistent with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and the Firm’s general policies and procedures


13.     Scheduling events


14.     Submit timely expense and mileage reports
