Job Description :

Pharmacy Customer Care Coordinator needed close to the Sanibel Island area of Florida. Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to customers and/or providers to answer questions related to pharmacy services, delivery inquiries, complete refill calls and pharmacy assistance calls.  Serves as pharmacy liaison between patients, insurances, and provider’s offices via phone, fax or e-mail. Develops and maintains strong telephonic business relationship with all patients and partnering facilities/practices and members of clinic and support staff.  Candidate should possess an energetic phone presence, versed at multi-tasking and rapport establishing.  Bilingual Spanish and English a plus. You can expect a competitive base salary commensurate with experience along with a full suite of benefits.

Required Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a call center or direct customer service environment.  Licensed Florida Pharmacist Technician, Telephonic Customer Service Rep, Medical or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Biller, Experience with contacting medical insurance companies, verifying benefits/coverage and facilitating/managing the prior authorization process in a specialty or infusion pharmacy.
