Job Description :
Medicare Agency seeks both RN's and LPN's for Thursday through Sunday. On these days you will be assigned 4 or 5 patients that will require the skilled care that only a LPN or RN can provide. The cases will include, wound care, routine visits, medication education, high tech visits, and other general nursing care.
Familiarity with Kinnser or CarePoint is preferred.
Required Qualifications :
LPN OR RN License
Past Home Health Experience
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Kinnser
