  • Preparing and processing payroll for employees across various industries.

  • Assisting with tax filings, including payroll tax compliance and reporting.

  • Collaborating with clients on payroll-related questions and adjustments.

  • Managing workers’ compensation reporting and unemployment tax documentation.

  • Maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality.

Required Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For:




We’re searching for a motivated individual with the following experience and skills:



  • Previous experience processing payroll.

  • A basic understanding of payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation, unemployment taxes, and related compliance.

  • Familiarity with basic human resources principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Solid math skills and comfort with numerical data.



Qualifications:



  • Prior experience with payroll and tax basics is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, payroll software).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
