Palm Beach Gardens Psychiatrist is looking for a PART TIME Administrative Assistant with light billing experience.
Receptionist Job Duties:
Answers incoming calls, provide information and take messages
Scheduling
Insurance verification
Provides basic administrative support duties such as: creating files, filing, managing incoming mail
Required Qualifications :
A minimum of one year administrative experience
Previous experience working in a Doctor's office preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Clear professional sounding voice
Basic MS Office Package computer experience
