Job Description :
Well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Office Manager for their office in North Palm Beach County. This position is an asset to the office and the opportunity provides benefits, 401k, PTO.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- All functions of accounting to include AP/AR, reconciling accounts, payroll, sales tax
- Billing and collections
- Handling of insurance
- Answering phones as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of office management experience in construction
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks and all functions of accounting
- Experience with handling insurance
- Experience with completing payroll
