Job Description :
One of St. Lucie County's most reliable roofing companies that has been serving Florida for well over 30 years seeks an office manager that is able to handle all aspects of running office. This position will work directly with the owner of the company and be her right hand person. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties within the office from initial contracting with clients, working with sales people on proposals, managing the accounting department, permitting department, client satisfaction, HR, Payroll, onboarding new employees.
Additionally, this position will work along side procurement, estimating, and installation.
The Successful candidate will be able work in a fast past environment, take direction and build productive relationships with the entire staff
Required Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 3 years working in/with:
1) Construction industry
2) Clear understanding of contracting
3) Ordering office supplies
4) Quick Books and budgeting
5) HR and Payroll
6) Recruiting and hiring
7) Developing internet and traditional marketing campaigns
