Office Assistant / Receptionist
Jupiter company is looking for a Part Time (aprox 5 hours a day), organized Office Assistant / Receptionist. Responsibilities will include day to day assisting in the smooth operation of our administrative office, greeting and speaking with visitors, fellow employees, clients, potential clients, handling all phone calls, and any other task as assigned.
The Receptionist will also assist in the setup of office meetings and meeting areas and will assist in the organization of uniforms, responsible for ordering office supplies, and organization of vehicles, keys and other materials as assigned which can include running errands for office needs.
GREAT starting rate and this position has the potential to move into FULL TIME!!!
Must be able to multitask effectively
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Must possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and overall administrative skills.
Must possess the ability and knowledge to operate office equipment: copy machine, scanner, fax, computers
Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a wide variety of people.
Must possess the ability to work independently, under tight schedules and creatively while functioning as a part of a team.
Must possess the ability to make responsible, sound recommendations and decisions.
Typing skills: at least 35 wpm, Bilingual- English/Spanish a plus
