Membership Manager
Established and well-known medical services provider is seeking a Membership Manager for their newest concierge location in West Palm Beach, FL!
The Membership Manager will be responsible for all new sales and account management of individual consumer accounts. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to develop a strategy to increase new membership through cultivating sources to attract members and utilizing existing relationships with current patients. Additionally, the manager will focus efforts on maintaining existing members who have purchased concierge health center memberships. The Manager will own prospecting and lead communications as well as membership renewal, maintenance, and optimization for these individuals.
Responsibilities:
Growth of New Concierge Memberships
- Develop and execute a curated local sales strategy to attract consumers who might be interested in a concierge medical membership
- Actively progress leads through the sales funnel
- Assist new members with registration
- Create and nurture relationships with existing consumer customers
- Leverage relationships to create new sales growth opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and meet local health center sales goals
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer needs are met
- Executive Membership Renewal
- Own the book of business for existing members
- Act as main point of contact for membership-related requests, manage in a timely manner
- Represent the voice of the consumer customer in evolving the concierge product
- Establish best renewal practice and execute consistently each month
- Seek opportunities for process and product improvement
- Receive and track feedback and data from consumer customers
Executive Member Services Liaison
- Work closely with a team of health navigators specifically dedicated to the concierge population
- Provide advice and education on best practices for ensuring quality member interactions
- Assist with special requests to guarantee effective solution for member issues
- Provide service recovery when appropriate
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly polished verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 3 years of experience in sales (medical and/or high-end retail/services preferred)
