Job Description :
Medical practice office manager needs assistant to help with daily secretarial tasks. This position will be responsible for mailings, email correspondence, creating excel spreadsheets and tracking information, copying, filing faxing. Very light bookkeeping and other duties as assigned.
To be considered for this position a candidate should have clear communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling, be competent with all MS products and emails, be professional is all settings, have a can do attitude, and have the desire to work in an office.
The hours will be somewhat flexible working Tuesday – Thursday 8:30 – 5.
