Home Care Sales - Position Summary

Are you a recent college graduate with limited outside sales experience or eager to kick-start your career in Medical Sales? If so, this opportunity is for you!

This position is based in Gaithersburg, MD, with sales coverage in the following counties: Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Howard, Prince George’s, and Anne Arundel in Maryland. We are seeking candidates who currently reside in or are planning or willing to relocate to these areas. We are looking to fill these positions ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-established medical organization looking for energetic, dynamic candidates. We encourage recent graduates interested in expanding their sales experience or pursuing a career in medical sales to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this Medical Sales role is to grow revenue by efficiently contacting leads, signing new clients, and doing so with charisma and confidence. While past sales experience is an advantage, it is not required. This is an outside sales position.
You will build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources. You will also meet with families to effectively "close the sale."
