Job Description :

Orthopedic center serving the community for over 65 years is seeking a highly skilled, highly experienced accountant to be based out of their Lake Worth office location. Position will be mainly in-office, with potential for some remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Record invoices received from various vendors

· Reconcile reports to third-party records such as bank statements

· Identify and resolve problems and inaccuracies in data entries

· Respond to patient billing inquiries

· Maintain positive relationships with physicians, employees, and patients

· Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data

Required Qualifications :

Requirements:

· Advanced skills using QuickBooks Online

· At least 5 years of consistent accounting experience, medical setting highly preferred

· Highly proficient with + an advanced understanding of spreadsheet formulas

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration would be a plus
