Are you an energetic Front Desk Associate looking for a new opportunity?
Adult & Pediatric Dermatology and Skin Care Center located in Wellington seeks individual to operate the Front Desk and manage many of the company's other needs. This position offers an hourly rate and will require a full time schedule.
This position will require candidates to be extremely familiar and proficient with Computer Systems such as Nextec EMR and Microsoft Office. Customer Service will be an extremely important factor for this position.
Key responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to: assisting guests and visitors, responding to all inquiries about the company, performing administrative support tasks, answering phones and recording and routing messages to appropriate personnel, receiving and distributing mail, light scheduling and any other general office duties requested, reviewing encounters for appropriate coding, ICD-10/CPT, entering insurance payments into the practice management system, reconciling all denials from insurance companies, submitting electronic claims and printing CMS 1500 and ADA, providing follow-up and collects on any outstanding accounts, interacting with patients regarding billing questions and concerns on their accounts, reviewing remittance reports for all denials and follow up with appropriate insurance companies.
