Medical Billing Supervisor / Manager.

Medical practice management organization in Palm Beach County seeks a full-time Billing Supervisor / Manager. This exciting organization interfaces with multiple practices including several different specialties including a focus on Dermatology. As part of this team you will be responsible for overseeing the Dermatology area of the billing department and be expected to lead with compassion and confidence to train, mentor and lead your team. Being bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

This is a M-F on-site, full-time salaried position with benefits. You would be overseeing a billing team of 4-6 direct reports.

Understanding the full billing cycle of individual practices and understanding where the hurtles will be in that process will be pivotal to your success. The majority of the clients will be working on the Modernizing Medicine or EZDERM EMR system so having a clear understanding of this program will be preferred and offer you as the candidate an advantage over others without this knowledge. Requirements:

• BS/BA or higher degree preferred.


• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.


• 3-5 plus years management experience is a must.


• Experience with Modernizing Medicine and / or EZDERM EMR


• Experience working with Private Medical Practices


• Excellent written and verbal communication.
