Medical Assistant

Doctor's office located in Palm City seeks a Full-Time Medical Assistant with Eclinical Works experience. Looking for a full-time, passionate, energetic and reliable Medical Assistant. This is a position that offers a Monday through Friday Full-Time schedule and a great starting hourly rate.

Ideal candidate is a proactive, fast learner, with excellent communication and problem 
solving skills, highly organized with superb attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and 
handle multiple tasks.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide overall support for Physicians and office operations


• Prepare patients for examination and treatment


• Take patient histories and vital signs


• Prepare exam and treatment rooms


• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment


• Assist physicians


• Assist with scheduling of tests and treatments


• Screen telephone calls for referral to physician


• Working Knowledge and proficiency with eClinical Works


• Proven excellence in Customer Service
