Marketing Manager
Our partner is seeking a marketing manager in Fort Pierce!

Responsibilities:
Marketing Budget:
- Develop and manage the company's marketing budget to allocate resources efficiently across different marketing channels and initiatives.
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging and fun content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and execute a social media calendar to maintain consistent and relevant posts.
- Interact with followers and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate participation, and represent company in local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.
Graphic Design and Marketing Materials:
- Design eye-catching flyers, brochures, and marketing materials to promote services and projects.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral.
- Lead designer for all content across multiple platforms – online, print, social, outdoor, and promotional design objectives.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote specials, and communicate company updates.
- Craft engaging and informative emails that resonate with our target audiences.
Website Oversight:
- Work closely with our web developer to oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website.
- Ensure the website content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Work closely with other departments to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Coordinate and complete content needed for various marketing projects that include photography and videography.
- Supports and assists sales staff and the Business Development Coordinator by providing content, lead reports, and creating sales materials.
- Monitors the marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans for the future and identifying areas of improvement needed for the department.
- Manages spending for the department by coding invoices specific to advertising expenditures.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Or 5+ years of experience can be substituted.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Strong social media management skills with a track record of engaging content creation.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and website oversight.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
