MARKETING / ACCOUNT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Build and manage new relationships that will grow the company's top line while
instilling confidence and peace of mind. Manage and steward the marketing
budget with a bottom-line mentality according to the parameters set. Overall,
be driven to grow the business and find solutions for problems across all
departments consistently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be proficient in company policies as outlined in the Employee
Handbook
· Complete adherence to company policies and mission statement as
outlined in the Employee Handbook
· Use the six-step marketing plan to seek & land new accounts, as well as
farm accounts that are already in place
· Build to and maintain a minimum of 70 leads per month
· Work within the marketing budget to manage each referral account,
understanding that marketing activities and expenses directly impact
the company's financial bottom line
· Effectively manage one's daily schedule & weekly calendar so that 5-7
personal visits per day & at least 15 phone touches per day occur
· Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude no matter the
circumstances
· Constantly use & maintain all systems currently in place within the
marketing department
· Seek to learn & grow through monthly evaluations with leadership
· Have a working knowledge of what it looks like to instill confidence &
peace of mind to all referral partners constantly, keeping this mission on
the forefront of the mind
· Other duties may be assigned

Training/Education/Experience:
Formal education is not required. If training and experience is needed to
accomplish duties and responsibilities beyond the allotted training period, then
the employee must make arrangements with their supervisor to plan for time
to train. Employee is expected to be vocal about limitations, and take
responsibility for the position by being utilizing resources and tools provided to
learn job functions and execute tasks.
Language Ability:
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints as they relate to duties
from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of staff. Ability to write
professional emails and correspond articulately with clients and members of
staff.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
conclusions.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
Microsoft Word; Google Drive, internet software, and company communication
forums.
Work Environment:
Employee should expect and uphold a work environment that is professional,
fast paced, with a moderate noise level. Employee will be in the private homes
of clients and should therefore expect to find themselves in a variety of
environments.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to
drive, sit and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to drive and be in
