Job Description :

The  Imaging and Infusion Suite Manager delegates and coordinates operational and administrative varied Diagnostic Imaging and Infusion services for multiple locations throughout the Miami area. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness for Imaging group. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of care, quality of programs and their delivery, and insuring the department financial viability.  Responsible for overseeing operations of all Imaging departments to ensure individuals operate according to established standards.   • Management of the Imaging Department and Infusion Suites for a highly successful multi-specialty group

  • Identify and execute service improvement opportunities, driving excellence in patient care. Address patient complaints, feedback, and questions in a timely manner

  • Monitor patient satisfaction report on a monthly basis and engage staff in identifying solutions to service issues

  • Support growth and add to the bottom line by demonstrating cost efficiency, excellence in care, and process improvement

  • Execute short-term and long-term business plans effectively and consistently

  • Manage purchasing and inventory for all infusion sites to ensure maximization of rebates/pricing and drive cost effectiveness

  • Work well with cross-functional departments and possess the ability to foster good working relationships with teammates

  • Analyze monthly income statements to identify opportunity for cost savings or revenue potential

  • Review monthly ‘Actual v. Budget’ to ensure departments are meeting budget

  • Establish and utilize metrics to drive success. Realigns team as necessary in order to meet departmental metric goals.

  • Ensure all staff and providers follow the policies and procedures implemented by the company

  • Coordinate employee and provider work schedules to fulfill the needs of the office while maximizing efficiencies and operational performance

  • Approve and coordinate employee PTO while ensuring that the office has appropriate coverage

  • Review staff time cards and approve payroll

  • Ensure 100% payment collection for Imaging appointments

  • Monitor imaging scheduled on a daily basis to ensure that all patients were seen with an authorization.

  • Balance collections and create bank deposits on a weekly basis

  • Run monthly productivity reports and monthly financial reports

  • Assist billing team with claim issues or questions

  • Maintain equipment and ensure appropriate servicing for CT and Ultrasound machines

  • Conserve physical appearance and organization of the office and coordinate enhancements and/or repairs with building management and/or vendors

  • Order medication, medical supplies, computers, and office supplies

  • Assist and provide support to Nurses, CT techs, Ultrasound Tech, Radiologist, and office staff

  • Perform biannual scorecard meetings with office staff

  • Make sure all pertinent licenses and permits are active and displayed

  • Maintain ACR certification and records of peer review for Radiologists

  • Schedule CPR, HIPPA, and Compliance training for all staff employees on a yearly basis

  • Perform new employee interviews based on office needs and department changes

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred  

3-5 years of management experience; Infusion management preferred

Healthcare knowledge 

Ability to travel (within South Florida) 25% of the time
