Job Description :
Seeking a Home Health Liaison! Our hiring partner is a leading home health provider offering Medicare-certified and private duty services. They're seeking an experienced Sales Liaison with a proven track record in home health sales to cover Sebastian to West Palm Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
1. Makes daily sales calls to physicians and other referral sources, allocating 80% of work time to outside sales efforts. Expected to make contact with minimum of 8-10 referring sources per day.
2. Develops and maintains professional relationships with physicians, facilities, and other referral sources.
3. Responsible for obtaining signed physician orders, including Face-to-Face documentation, in a timely manner.
4. Meets or exceeds minimum productivity of fifteen (15) Medicare SOC’s per month.
5. Documentation of call activity and profiling information in Activa’s contact management system.
6. Reviews referral log, hospital hold reports and other marketing records, as dictated by management, on a daily basis.
7. Development and continuous adjustment of sales and marketing plan for assigned territory: includes market analysis, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and identifying prospect accounts.
8. Preparation of other sales and/or territory reports, as requested.
9. Attendance at weekly sales meetings.
10. Manages expenditures within established budget.
11. Submits monthly expense report by the 10th day of each month for the preceding month’s expenditures. Reports to include a detailed description of expenditures, name of referral source and receipt of purchase.
12. Participates in community activities and organizational events (ie. Partnership for Aging, Alzheimer's, etc.) to promote Activa’s services.
13. Development and maintenance of a close working relationship with all of the team disciplines.
14. Sharing discovered best practices with the Administrator, the Director of Business Development, and other HHL’s.
15. Reporting service issues as encountered to the responsible party (ies). Document facts as required.
16. Make recommendations for improved services or processes, as necessary.
17. Participation in Interdisciplinary team meetings, as needed.
18. Participation on training courses/ sessions as required.
19. Ability to travel as needed for training, orientation, etc. including some overnight stays.
20. Participation in agency quality improvement programs when requested.
21. Participation in other committee roles or assignments, as requested by management.
22. Adheres to all established company policies.
23. Compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
24. Maintaining confidentiality of necessary information.
25. Accepts other assignments deemed appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, specifically in home health sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Existing book of business and strong community contacts relevant to home health within the territory.
