Leading provider of private/non-skilled home care services in MA is seeking 2 recruiters (Leominster, Quincy) who are committed to recruiting highly skilled and dedicated caregivers to join their team.
As a Home Care Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract caregivers who possess the necessary skills and experience.
* Utilize various recruitment sources such as online job boards, social media, community organizations, and referral programs to identify potential candidates.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our company values and client needs.
* Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability and reliability of potential caregivers.
* Collaborate with office managers and supervisors to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database.
* Provide timely updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment activities and candidate pipeline.
* Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other community engagement initiatives to promote our organization and attract talent.
* Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related to home care services.
* Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new caregivers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry a plus, but relatable experience considered
* Presents self professionally, high energy
* Familiarity with recruitment strategies and techniques, including online sourcing and social media recruitment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and team members.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
* High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
