Help Desk Manager / Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator Team Lead role is responsible for supporting a wide variety of clients and systems almost entirely from the office (minimal travel to clients). Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) are equally as important as technical ability. The proper candidate will be motivated to take on new challenges and expand their technical knowledge. This position will be exposed to many different environments and systems providing ample opportunities for growth in your field.
Looking for a candidate that meets the following criteria:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Act as a final point of escalation for the most critical, severe, and complex issues
- Experience troubleshooting the most difficult problems involving hardware and software
- Experience working with and troubleshooting new and unfamiliar software
- Ability to jump into new, complex, and unique environments and adapt quickly to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Strong technical background
- Desire to solve complex problems
- Ability to collaborate and direct the efforts of a 5 person team – to be the “go to” person for solving all client issues.
