Pharmacy Benefits Coordinator needed in state-of-the-art pharmacy company close to the Sanibel Island area of Florida. You will be liaising with patients, prescribers, and other medical professionals daily Duties entail new enrollments, retention, refills, adherence assistance, dispensing methods along with a variety of customer service concerns. Candidate should possess solid knowledge of billing and insurance along with prior authorizations.   Develops and maintains strong telephonic business relationship with all patients and partnering facilities/practices and members of their clinic and support staff. Effectively describing customized solutions to each consumer, navigating through, and overcoming objections throughout. Salary will be commensurate with experience along with a full suite of benefits.
