Job Description :
Orthopedic Doctor's office in the Jupiter area seeks a FULL TIME X-Ray technician. NEW XRAY TECH; PLEASE APPLY!!
You will receive instructions from doctors regarding the digital x-rays patients require. You are responsible for getting clear imaging results, which requires proper use of the equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure.
Taking xrays of patients with primary focus on knees, elbows and shoulders.
Taking vital signs and recording findings in electronic health system.
Ordering supplies, medications and durable medical equipment.
Preparing injections and medical trays for patients.
Required Qualifications :
X-Ray Technician Certification
Excellent patient management skills and solid clinical judgment required
