Job Description :
Growing Vascular center located in Martin County seeks a Full Cycle Revenue Manager to work directly with their internal billing department of four (4). T
This position will require a strong focus on details and a keen understanding of all aspects of billing within the cardiac/vascular outpatient space.
Additionally, you will be responsible for decreasing the amount of rejections, denials and ADR's on existing and future billing. Understanding the full billing cycle of individual practices and understanding where the hurdles are in that process will be pivotal to your success.
AAPC certification would be a plus.. This position is on-site only, no remote work.
Required Qualifications :
The preferred candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience billing for cardiovascular services or 2+ years of similar billing (ex. outpatient surgical billing)
- Complete understanding of RCM
- Proven track record of reducing receivables and reduction of denials
- 2+ Years team management
