Job Description :


This multi-specialty medical facility strives to create a culture of collaboration,
cooperation, and passion in order to best serve their patients. We are looking for a full-time,
passionate, energetic and reliable Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistants to work in their Palm City office.




Our Ideal candidate is a proactive, fast-learner, with excellent communication and problem
solving skills, highly organized with superb attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and
handle multiple tasks.


 


We are looking for a team-member who is positive, friendly, professional, and whose
interactions create a culture of support and teamwork.




Responsibilities Include but not limited to:


As the first impression for our brand, greet clients and guests In a professional, friendly, and
5-star customer service manner


Demonstrated communication skills (listening for understanding, asking questions, engaging
others, conflict management)


Ability to deliver exemplary customer service resulting In high customer satisfaction ratings.


Ability to work well under pressure


Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently


High attention to detail and ability to focus to provide timely and accurate completion of tasks
and projects


Set up/maintain front desk to ensure efficient paper and Information flow.


Maintain high level of respect and confidentiality in handling all patient Information.


Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial transactions


Investigate any patient care issues Immediately and engage others as necessary to
effectively resolve them




 


Hours are as follows:


Monday through Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 2:00 pm-6:00 pm


 


Duties will include but not limited to:



  • Patient Communication and Scheduling

  • Collecting Payments

  • Verify Insurance

  • Maintaining Patient Accounts and Records

  • Ensuring a Warm, Positive Environment in the Office

  • Knowledge of Eclinical Works A PLUS

  • Basic office skills - faxing, filing, emails etc



Required Qualifications :

Minimum one year experience In a health care setting which demonstrates the ability to 


perform the duties of this position or other experience that Includes customer service and 
problem solving.


Knowledge of basic medical terminology highly preferred.


Spanish Speaking is a plus
