Home Health Agency in the South Palm Beach area seeks Full-Time Administrative Assistant with scheduling and light HR duties. This is an exciting opportunity with growth potential.

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Light HR duties

  • Answers incoming calls, provide information and take messages

  • Provides basic administrative support duties such as: creating files, filing, managing incoming mail.

Required Qualifications :

  • A minimum of two years of front desk experience

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Clear professional sounding voice

  • Basic MS Office Package computer experience

  • Professional demeanor

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Home Health experience
