Job Description :

Essential Job Functions:



  • Unfold and develop relationship with Construction companies, commercial and residential clients Construction Division : Research procurement sites for BIDS opportunities that fits the company.

  • Prepares cost estimates by analyzing scope request, drawings, measurements, finishes, challenges, schedule and requirements in procurement.

  • Site visits to gather job site information and transfer to our data storage

  • Create customer files

  • Prepare a professional proposal response

  • Meeting with client’s representative if needed for a proposal debrief

  • Follow up with client to close sale

  • Provide project specs to Operation Manager for a “Project take-off”

  • Provide project specs to Office Manager for a” Project


Commercial Division:



  • Site visits to gather job site information and transfer to our data storage

  • Create customer files

  • Prepare a professional proposal response based on client’s request or propose the most efficient scope

  • Meeting with client’s representative if needed for a proposal debrief

  • Follow up with client to close sale

  • Provide project specs to Operation Manager for a “Account take-off”

  • Provide project specs to Office Manager for a” Account set up”


Residential Division:



  • Site visits to gather job site information and transfer to our data storage

  • Create customer files a) on site service request b) create a proposal. If b) Prepare a professional proposal response.

  • Follow up with client to close sale

  • Provide project specs to Operation Manager for a “Account take-off”

  • Provide project specs to Office Manager for a” Account set up”


Example of Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.

  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.

  • Attend to networking events to growth company’s relationship

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Required Qualifications :

Knowledge of:



  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in procurement, marketing and business development

  • Knowledge of negotiation principles.

  • Knowledge of the English business written language a must.

  • Verbal Communication and Presentation skills

  • Knowledge of Spanish (communication) a Plus.

  • Business metrics and data collection

  • Computer data search


Ability to:



  • Follow oral and written instruction.

  • Ability to direct staff and enforce quality standards to be adhered to.

  • Ability to motivate, reward and discipline subordinated staff if applicable.

  • Ability to perform simple math of Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division for purposes of estimating supplies, equipment., labor and cost related to a bid/solicitation

  • Send and received texts and photos.

  • Anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services.

  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 2-year full time experience performing procurement type work.

  • Valid Florida Class E drivers license.

  • Proven experience in procurement, customer service, administration, or sales or other relative experience.
