Our hiring partner is seeking a customer-oriented service representative for their home medical supply company in Coral Springs, FL. This is an onsite position.

Job Description:

• Ensure we are providing our customers with the correct product for their needs and ensuring these items are taken care of on time and correctly.


• Troubleshoot some products over the phone with nursing staff on site.


• Among the duties are: providing product and service information and resolving customer complaints by pinpointing problems; offering solutions, corrections, or adjustments; and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Superior Durable Medical Equipment knowledge


• Strong Communication skills


• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Brightree


• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, remain positive and flexible, perform duties on time and follow up/ follow through to ensure accuracy


• Health Insurance, In-home Medical Supply knowledge


• You must maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers, as well as ensure that all orders are written and input properly, resolve product or service problems, and collect and analyze customer information in service reports for management.


• Bilingual English/Spanish
