Job Description :
A dynamic and challenging role, as a ‘Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Professional’ you will play an important part in the helping the Team achieve their objective to obtain 4 new clients per month, every month.


You will be responsible for ensuring that the office is able to achieve their goal by assisting the administrative, sales and marketing departments daily with a multitude of tasks described below.


An excellent communicator, you are required to build and maintain key relationships with the office staff, current/prospective clients and our current strategic partners.


Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated by success, a key focus of this role will be assisting the business in operating in a seamless fashion, identifying needs and completing tasks as they arise to assure that the office as whole can operate in an effective manner.



The focus of this position consists of the following areas: 


In coordination with the President, processes income and invoices.

In coordination with coaches, compile the monthly sales KPI’s for the entire team.

In coordination with the Sales Department, records daily statistics.

Monitor and operate in adherence with the Marketing Budget

Business Development & Lead Generation:

In conjunction with the President, takes the lead in organization and planning of all events along with the preparation of materials.

In coordination with the Sales, Operation Manager, takes the lead with preparation and mailing of correspondence and literature to prospective clients.

Responsible for the solicitation of new clients through use of the LinkedIn, maintaining Social Media presence, Website creation/maintenance, Blogs, Networking and other ‘tbd’. activities

Maintains an adequate supply of sales literature and office supplies to facilitate the sales department in their marketing activity.

In coordination with the President books all travel arrangements.


Our Clients:

In coordination and cooperation with the Master Coach, ensures the smooth transition of new clients regarding completion and submission of initial documents and forms.

Creates new content as sees fit to enhance client experience

Serve as a key contact for clients.

In coordination with the President is responsible for the planning, organization, and preparation for regular team meetings.


Systems & Administrative Support:

Maintains the calendar of the President ensuring proper coordination and default calendar utilization.

Ensure the smooth running of the office by systematizing routine office tasks and documenting procedures for these tasks, such as shipping, mailing, and accounting procedures.

Creation and maintenance of an office filing system.

PLUS any additional tasks discussed with Manager.
