Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
We are seeking a real estate associate with at least 4-5 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing and leasing of varied types of CRE including all aspects of legal due diligence. Attention to detail, responsiveness and a team player is a must.
In billing terms, someone who wants to bill 1800+ hours as opposed to 2200+. Bilingual is preferred but not required. We offer a fantastic benefits package that’s detailed below, as well as an objective and subjective bonus that is also detailed below.
Salary range is depending on experience but the range is between $130-$150k + bonus (subjective and objective) We may be willing to consider a higher salary for the right candidate

Our objective bonus kicks in at $5,000 for 1800 hours and scales up in 50 hour increments to $18,000 for 2,000 hours. Subjective bonuses vary a great deal depending on many factors. When someone starts mid-year, for that partial portion of the first year, they are eligible for the subjective bonus only, but we take into account where they would have been on the objective bonus (had they been eligible) on a pro-rated basis in determining that first partial year.
