Insurance agency in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking an Insurance Producer for Commercial Lines (medium to large accounts). They specialize in Business/Commercial (Associations, Preschools, Contractors, LRO, etc.), Auto, Home, and various other P&C insurance products. Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging and educating prospects
- Actively generating leads and building sales pipeline
- Networking and offering quotes
- Selling commercial property and casualty insurance
Required Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty insurance license (2-20) required. Must have already or be acquired before hire/start date.
- 5+ years of consistent outbound sales experience. Must be skilled in calling on cold prospects.
- Strong sales aptitude with great record
- Self-motivated and persistent in desire to succeed
- Positive attitude and coachable, willing to listen to feedback
