Looking for mature, organized, sharp, team player, for dynamic, high profile, cutting edge and innovative Rheumatology practice in Aventura. 

• EHR EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY (Carecloud desirable but not mandatory)
• IV infusion proficiency and certified a plus, patient care delivery and satisfaction essential.
• Proficient at assisting in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the physician(s).
• Responsible for assisting practitioners in the examination and treatment of patients including patient interviews, measures vital signs/triage entering information accurately and appropriately in EMR, IM injections and procedure preparation.
• Able to e-prescribe and call in prescriptions to pharmacies
• Triage phone calls and take efficient messages
• Draw and collect blood samples if needed. Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment efficiently.
• Proficient in computer applications and typing skills. Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of Health Care regulatory guidelines and Medical Terminology
• Possesses compassionate demeanor, excellent customer service skills, excellent patient skills and high ethical standards.
• Must be professional, organized and detail oriented.
• HIPAA/OSHA compliance required.

Must be flexible with working hours, typically 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday with rotating shifts of Fridays.

Must be punctual, a team player with effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Looking for long-term employee. Candidate must be willing to follow the office procedures, protocol and tasks as asked by upper management.
