Case Manager manages and oversees all aspects of patient care. This position is responsible for ensuring that patient care is both coordinated and delivered appropriately. This position requires the supervision of clinical personnel and understanding of Oasis coding. The Clinical Manager also assists with development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's quality improvement program and monitors compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements, adjusting clinical programs accordingly. Candidates must have home health and managerial background.
