Job Functions:

1)     Following care plans for each individual you are assigned and provide care in accordance with the care plan associated with that patient

2)     Initiate resident’s needs, assessments and safety by observing and reporting and changes or unusual findings to your nurse supervisor

3)     Coordinate with Nursing team to ensure proper care is given

4)     Administer Standard Precautions and infection control standards by providing a clean and safe environment

5)     Other duties as assigned
