Location: Primarily remote with willingness to travel 30% or as needed




The position: VP of Sales, Cardiac Division



  • You will be responsible for building the cardiac sales team and will then serve as its divisional leader.

  • Pay range: 150k +/- depending on experience, excellent bonuses



Responsibilities:



  • Develops objectives, policies, and strategies for the Cardiac Sales department

  • Develops, recruits, trains, and manages a sales team

  • Establishes financial goals and performance metrics for Cardiac Sales functions

  • Collaborates with multiple work functions, including but not limited to Business Development, Technical Services, Finance, Legal and Human Resources

  • Strengthens Key Account Management and Opportunity management capabilities, leverages CRM systems (Zoho) and drives best practices

  • Manages contractual agreements with existing and new business partners

  • Works closely on revenue management strategies







Required Qualifications :


  • BS/BA or advanced degree preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, such as senior-level experience in sales or marketing

    • Cardiac/cardiopulmonary experience required, cardiac monitoring highly preferred



  • Experience with selling diagnostic services and products (cardiac/cardiopulmonary) to physician offices

  • Working knowledge of the medical industry

  • Computer proficient
