Local roofing company seeks full charge bookkeeper with past construction experience. This position will require a clear understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable, collections, inventory, ordering, payroll, to help organize and revamp overall business office processes. Successful candidates will report directly to the owners of the company and have input regarding all business processes and restructuring. Additional responsibilities will include interacting with the accountant on a monthly basis and use QuickBooks to compile monthly and quarterly reports including PNL, accounts receivables and others as required. Microsoft Office including the use of Excel and other data entry programs is required for this position. Acculink experience a plus.
