Billing / Payroll Administrative Assistant
Home Health Agency in Palm Beach Gardens is looking for a Billing / Payroll Administrative Assistant. Candidate will be responsible for billing, payroll, verifying insurance as well as administrative duties. Perfect candidate can multitask and possess excellent attention to detail skills.
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
• Home Health Care Experience
• Verify Insurance (Long Term Care)
• Answers emails in a timely fashion
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions etc.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the Supervisor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional interaction
• Payroll or benefit experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent training preferred.
