Medicare Certified Home Health Care Company located in Miami seeks Administrator. This opportunity is offering an excellent base salary and is providing the opportunity to expand upon their already well established organization.  This position will require candidate to work flexible hours, including the possibility of being on-call. Candidates must have past supervisory experience in a health care setting. This position requires candidate to lead overall operations, including but not limited to: development and implementation of goals, growth plans, quality care, employee retention, finances, workforce operations, recruiting, training, supervision and evaluation. Will work hand in hand with the Executive Administrator to develop annual business plan. Candidates must have knowledge of regulations in home health in South Florida as well as ability to demonstrate leadership. Expert computer knowledge will be necessary. If you are able to communicate well with clients, family members, referral sources, and all levels of personnel within the organization itself then you are the right candidate!
