Administrative Assistant

Duties will include:
1) Assisting office manager with paperwork
2) Assembling application packages
3) Creating employment ads and screening resumes
4) Scheduling interviews with potential candidates
5) Meeting and greeting interviewees
6) Explaining paperwork to candidates
7) Ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
8) Calling and completing candidate’s references
9) Entering information into our CRM
10) Other duties as required.
