Job Description :
PB County Office in the WPB area seeks Full-Time Administrative Assistant. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! This position offers a Monday-Friday Full-Time schedule and great starting rate.


Receptionist Job Duties:

Excellent inbound and outbound phone skills 

Answers incoming calls, provide information and take messages.

Provides basic administrative support duties such as: creating files, filing, managing incoming mail.


Required Qualifications :

  • Basic MS Office Package computer experience

  • Professional demeanor

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Proactive approach to problem solving

  • Organized

  • A minimum of one year of front desk experience
