Local Attorney seeks a part time Administrative Assistant in West Palm Beach. Perfect candidate will posses attention to detail, administrative assistant skills, and be a self starter.
Past law office experience a plus! Under supervision of Attorney; candidate will efile probate documents, organize estate planning, probate and Medicaid files.
Minimum 2 years prior experience as Administrative Assistant
Strong working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written communication skills
Providing general office support that can include: answering phone, data entry, creating files, filing, copying, etc
