Administrative Assistant in Boca
Legal Office in the Boca Raton area seeks Full-Time Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity with AMAZING benefits after 60 days! Bilingual Spanish is a plus! This position offers a Monday-Friday Full-Time schedule and great starting rate.
Receptionist Job Duties:
Excellent inbound and outbound phone skills
Answers incoming calls, provide information and take messages.
Provides basic administrative support duties such as: creating files, filing, managing incoming mail.
