This position offers a flexible schedule most of the year with a focus on tax season, and additional compensation of a bonus structure.

Prepare Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements
Prepare and Review Payroll Tax and Sales Tax Returns
Maintaining clients accounting software and files
Perform Audits and Reviews, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Exceed client expectations while maintaining strict confidentiality
Fundamental knowledge of tax preparation
QuickBooks expertise sufficient to provide support to clients (3 years)
Proficiency with accounting software programs such as Accounting CS and Xero
Ability to efficiently manage multiple deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
BS in Accounting (4 yr. degree + 3 yr. experience)
